current prices. The application form can be submitted
online or can be printed directly from your computer
or we can fax or mail it to you upon request.
Please complete and return the application form with
a $100 (non-refundable) application fee and a
$100 (non-refundable) I-20 fee.

Payment:
BCI accepts certified checks, money orders, and Visa
& MasterCard. Certified checks and money
orders should be made payable to Business Communications
Institute and sent to:
BCI, 3450 Wilshire Blvd. Suite 507, Los Angeles, CA
90010 USA. All tuition and fees must be paid
in full prior to class attendance.
Refund Policy:
1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and should be submitted by mail or in person.
2. Refunds will only be made to students who are compliant with all international student regulations.
3. Refunds will be processed and mailed to student within 14 business days.
Students also have the option to either pick up the check in person.
4. Refund will be calculated by subtracting tuition at the Monthly rate of $300.00/month. The original
application fee $100 will be applied.
For example; A student who has paid $2,500.00 as a 12 month tuition, wishes to transfer out after
5 months. The amount of the refund will be $900.00.
5. Refund cannot be made if student has been in attendance for more than 2/3 of the month.
6. All students entering the U.S. with an I-20 issued by our school must be in attendance for at least
3 months, with no part of the first 3 months being available for a refund.
7. If a student wishes to transfer out within the first 3 months, the student must have attended for
at least 2 months. Otherwise transfer will not be processed and the students I-20 can be
terminated by DSO without notice.
